over several oral hearings which took place
as follows:


‘The Value of Heritage’ report, launched on Thursday 1 December at the House of Commons after a year-long inquiry with targeted cuts in the VAT rate on listed building refurbishments and a presumption against demolition of existing properties amongst the recommendations.
